Prop your tablet/i-pad on pillows or use a stand, so that it is at a 45 degrees angle, instead of keeping it flat on the bed or in the lap.

While sleeping, do not use too many pillows. Use only one pillow while sleeping flat. While sleeping on one side, use pillows in such a way that your head remains straight and does not bend low or high.
